Motorsport events involve inherent risks associated with high-speed racing activities, large crowds, and venue environments. By participating in a TRACKSIDE experience, guests acknowledge and accept these risks. TRACKSIDE shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in motorsport events except where required by law.

Force Majeure

TRACKSIDE shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, venue closures, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen events
